Cancellation by Participants

Participants may choose to cancel their enrollment in the literary coaching program at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, participants must notify the program administrator or coach in writing.

Refund Eligibility

 

Refund eligibility is determined based on the following criteria:

• Early Cancellation: Participants who cancel within 14 days of the program start date are eligible for a full refund of the program fee.

• Late Cancellation: Participants who cancel after the program start date, may receive a refund or pro-rated refund. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Non-Attendance or Incomplete Participation

Participants who fail to attend scheduled coaching sessions or do not complete the program for any reason are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

 

In cases of documented exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen life events, participants may request a refund or partial refund. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days of receiving a written cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation by Agents Helping Writers

 

Agents Helping Writers reserves the right to cancel the literary coaching program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other reasons. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.

Changes to Program Schedule

 

Agents Helping Writers reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, including session dates and times. Participants will be notified in advance of any such changes.

Transfer of Enrollment

 

Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future program session if they are unable to attend the current one. Transfer requests will be accommodated based on program availability.

Policy Acknowledgment

By enrolling in Agents Helping Writers programs and workshops, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
